Boozer/Marion for Kobe/Kaman?

Post#1 » by Eazy E » Wed Jan 9, 2008 5:51 am

I'm trading Shawn Marion and Carlos Boozer to get Kobe Bryant and Chris Kaman. Thoughts?

This is a 12 man roto league and I'm currently third place.

My roster is...

PG- Nate Robinson, Antonio Daniels, Tony Parker (I had TJ Ford but lost to injury)
SG- Nate Robinson, JR Smith, Michael Finley
SF- Shawn Marion, Lamar Odom, Tayshaun Prince, Antawn Jamison, Michael Finley
PF- Shawn Marion, Lamar Odom, Nick Collison, Antawn Jamsion, Carlos Boozer
C- Brendan Haywood, Dwight Howard, Nick Collison, Carlos Boozer

As you can see, I'm very frontcourt heavy and am lacking in the PG/SG area. I am leading my league in rebounds by about 500 so I'm not concerned about that loss. My FT% is the worst in the league and I could use a bump in assists.

Thoughts?

Marion + Boozer, by a fair bit ... especially with your FT% that is going to struggle as long as you have Howard.

That would be a much better deal for your squad since it will address the issue of FT%. I'm not sure I'd do the deal you proposed since you are not really addressing your needs.
