Should I Drop Jermaine O'Neal?

Post#1 » by risktaker91 » Tue Jan 22, 2008 2:31 am

This guy has been so frustrating for me ever since my league started. He's been injured so much and when he does play he isn't that great. I read that he'll be out at least 2 weeks and he said he might even be out the entire season. Are there any other updates on him? And should I really consider dropping him?

Players available include Haslem, Wilcox, Bargnani, Delonte West, Tim Thomas, Mobley, Big Ben, Nene, and some others..

It's an 8 team, 8 cat league.

Thoughts?

can you afford to carry him injured for a while?

even an inconsistent, hurt O'Neal seems more appealing than that Waiver wire group.

Right now I'm in 6th place out of the 8 teams. 6 Teams make the playoffs so I'm barely rolling on, and this week I'm facing the number 1 guy in my league.

I will definitely keep him if he's coming back in 2 weeks, but if it's 4 + weeks I might have to drop him...

I doubt I could get any value from him.
