That is a reasonable counter offer IMO.

very reasonable, and perfect for you from the sound of your team situation

what kind of margin do you have in points and boards?

so after i offered my melo/maggette for his redd/miller he comes back with melo/g. wallace for redd/miller...so im like wth?

i send him back the original deal again saying

final offer man, take it or leave it, this deal is fair for both of us

and he rejects it and says

i don't see any fairness, thank you.

umm so who was wrong? i felt he was lowballing...

Your offer is pretty fair.

btw really short on threes?
You got first class in turk, JCN, gibson; second class in Wallace, CP3, Calderon. Melo, outlaw, Harris, Cory with the occassional hit.

You'll get two first classers with the trade for two who don't hit the three that much...

you are not getting ripped off at all. Mike Miller is as underrated as anyone in the league. Melo is hurt and won't help you nearly as much in the categories you need. In my league i would trade my Melo for Mike Miller in a second because i have points locked up and need 3's, FG as well. Miller is a very good rebounder and assist guy as well
