Is this a fair deal, im getting sheed, i need blks and 3s, what do you think?

I think you answered your own question.

You need threes and blocks? You gain those two stats without losing the position. Great deal for you.

Even more so if you're in a roto league, or one that counts TOs. In either case it's a fantastic deal. Sheed's super-low TOs are an unapprecaited part of his fantasy line.

ya i really want sheed, i was just asking to see if it was a fair deal for the other person to accept, ill offer it because i really want sheed, but i dont know if aldridge will do it...

most people with sheed want a lot for him.... LMA isnt enough.

True enough, but it's also format dependent. He's not nearly as valuable in HtH leagues (with or w/o TOs) that have playoffs. Sheed tends to play way less minutes close to NBA playoff time, and it's rough on the fantasy playoff numbers. LaMA would certainly be enough in a keeper league.
