Should I use #4 waiver priority to pick up Tinsley? 4 hours!

12 teams standard Yahoo! head-to-head 9 cat league. Someone recently dropped Tinsley in my league and I was thinking of using my #4 waiver wire priority to pick him up. Do you think I should and if so which of these players should I drop? Here's my team:

Caron Butler
Steve Nash
Dwight Howard
AK47
Al Jefferson
Tayshaun Prince
Udonis Haslem
Gerald Wallace
Richard Hamilton
Shaq
Larry Hughes
Dorell Wright
Nazr Mohammed

Id do it, Hughes is waiver wire material at this point..

See, thing is I just picked up Hughes hours ago for Boone. He's been really great the past couple of weeks, particularly in his last 2 games.

I'm in a 14 team league and I just used my #1 waiver spot on him. I dropped Mike Conley. If I was you I would honestly drop Shaq.
