Lebron's value?

Post#1 » by FlashFlood » Mon Feb 18, 2008 10:20 pm

Whats it take to get him? I'm looking at a Nash + Artest + bench player for Lebron + Okur trade. I dont want to do it but I have to free up a roster spot somehow... I've got a 2 for 1 trade brewing with another team. (VC for Arenas + Ray Felton). I wanted to trade Nash + Dalembert + Bench instead.

Should I bite the bullet and trade Artest?

My team is

Nash
VC
TMac
Iggy
Artest
DLee
BMiller
Dalembert
Raja
Deng

Cassell
Foye
Collison
Warrick

It's a private custom H2H league

FGM
FG%
FTM
FT%
3PTM
PTS
REB
AST
ST
BLK
TO

My team is strong in the FGM, FTM, 3s, pts, assists. I'm trying to dominate the scoring stats and tank blocks. I'm not particularly strong in %s so I wouldn't mind tanking FT% and getting FG% with Bron. I'm not worried about losing Nash because I've got the Felton/Arenas trade on the table.

i'd turn that down if i had lebron. Bell is on waivers in most leagues or was / is close to being. I really dont know what you could give up. Being a person who had lebron last year i wouldnt trade him for anyone. It all depedns on the other guys team and how set he is at each position. Post up his roster?

really? he was a waiver pick up in all my leagues. I traded him for artest in my one money league but i dont see him having that much value. I could be wrong though.

After looking over both of your teams... i'd just keep what you have. He needs a center so if there was a trade proposed i'd think

Nash / Dalembert (& possibly Warrick) for Lebron / Okur. But i think that would hurt your team in the end. Have you done that math to see what youd + / - in. All you really gain is a few points and maybe a couple steals.

Bell is definitely someone that shouldn't be on waivers in ANY league with 10 owners or more -- which is all that I play in.

maybe so but its not like hes such a great player that hes going to make a trade go through just by adding him. I'll take lebron over bell / nash any day of the week.
