Deron vs CP3

Post#1 » by TrueNorthStrong » Wed Mar 19, 2008 12:46 am

Just wondering. It's almost playoff time.

According to playoff schedule CP3 has the advantage. But my league has TO's and PF's as well. So who is the better player to have during this time?

Paul is the best player in fantasy right now. I don't see either of them having a big difference in fouls or TO's. Stick with Paul.

Paul is the player to have down the stretch. Deron's a good player but he's no where near Paul in fantasy.

And remember, all your leagues should have TOs. :)

I have Deron on my team and I love his game, but Paul is better. I hate to say it but it's just a fact.

Deron has had a nice run lately, but, I'd go with Paul.
"Thibs called back and wanted more picks," said Jorge Sedano. "And Pat Riley, literally, I was told, called him a mother-bleeper and hung up the phone."

No debate needed. Easily Chris Paul.

This guy has become a 20+ point scorer with great percentages for a PG, percentages that he has improved greatly this season. He's hitting threes too.

His rebounding has been down, but is capable of rebounding. Besides, if you need boards from a PG to keep you afloat, you are already in trouble.

Onto assists, he leads the league in this category and steals too, whilst his TO are low.

What a player to have.

[Deron is comparable, but the difference between 1.1 and 2.5 steals is huge, TO, FT% and more likely to be inconsistent]
