Advice please... Team on Sim league

This is my team on a sim league. I'm just asking for an advice what do you think my weakness will be and what i should improve on.

Hey man,

By judging your picks I assume you are in a deep league.

I think you have to waive Ratliff, Ager and Tolliver 100%. I'm positive that there are better free agents out there. Check the sleeper list thread. Ager and Tolliver might have 30+ DNPs. Rattlif will only have value if Dalembert goes down. Najera and Tony Allen will have marginal value. Try players like Thaddeous Young, Stuckey, Hawes, Garcia, Salmons etc.

You have an all-around team which excels in no particular stat. If Ridnour doesn't play well you'll have an assists and a/t problem. Just noticed that you are very good in FTA with Howard and Maggette but you'll have problems in FT%. Arenas is your only reliable 3p source. Good luck!

I'm not sure on the term, but this isn't a fantasy league like Yahoo. It's a Simulation league and it has 30 teams like the NBA.
