Garcia signed by Kigs: fantasy relevance?

Post#1 » by PerkinsFor3 » Fri Sep 26, 2008 5:58 am

He averaged 1.5 3pts, 1.5 stls and almost a block a game last year after the AS break in 28 minutes a game

from what ive heard Salmons is penciled in as a starter. I'd love to see Garcia starting. he could average around 16-17 pts, 2 3pts, 2 stls and over a block when getting over 30 minutes as a starter

thoughts?

He averaged 26.5 minutes a game last season, with Artest on the roster. I see no reason why he would get any less playing time, even if he comes off the bench as a super-sub.

exactly. i think he is better suited for a back up position, but either way he'll get the minutes. salmons on the other hand, performs much better when he is starting so i hope he starts and garcia is 1st guy of the bench and they both see 30+ minutes in order to maximize both of their performances
