*How's My Team?

Post#1 » by lakerz12 » Wed Oct 15, 2008 3:52 pm

12 Teams, h2h, standard 9 cats

PG Andre Miller (Phi - PG)

SG Tracy McGrady (Hou - SG,SF)

G Stephen Jackson (GS - SG,SF)

SF LeBron James (Cle - SF)

PF Al Jefferson (Min - PF,C)

F Josh Smith (Atl - SF,PF)

C Kendrick Perkins (Bos - C)

C Ben Wallace (Cle - PF,C)

Util Mike Miller (Min - SG,SF)

Util Ricky Davis (LAC - SG,SF)

BN Rajon Rondo (Bos - PG)

BN Derrick Rose (Chi - PG)

BN Larry Hughes (Chi - PG,SG)

I think I have the best team in the league at this point. I picked up Nene Hilario for Perkins because of his upside but I am still pretty weak at center + larry hughes who knows.

But overall, what do you think?

Thanks

I haven't gotten a response either man, I don't know what's going on.

Anyways, I think Josh Smith Al Jeff and Lebron are 3 great picks. Getting T-Mac late is also a great move. Both Millers are also great players so I think your team has great talent.

I'd say your bottom 3 players are Perkins, Rondo and Ben Wallace. Looks sharp though.

thats a good team. Interesting strategy, your team isn't necessarily filled with efficient guys but it could very well work. Try to get rid of Jackson, he'll destroy your FG% this year as it is you aren't going to win TOs and FT%.

FT% and TO's are a lost cause.FG% will be in the middle due to major damage you get from the likes of Hughes-S-Jax-T-mac and Josh Smith.

IMO Smith's fg% can be affordable and you can probably carry out another player with a bad fg%(either s-jax or t-mac) but I'd recommend to trade at least one s-jax/t-mac(t-mac's injury risks make him a more risky player thus IMO he should be the one who should be traded out).

Also you need to drop Hughes IMO.He is a huge drag in fg%,will get shaky playing time and doesnt fit your team.

hey thanks for the great responses. It sounds like you guys know your stuff so I will look to trade Tmac for a better FG%. I was planning on dropping Hughes for a good pick up. So, thanks and I will hope for your insight again on the future trade.
