Ronnie Brewer or Wilson Chandler?

Post#1 » by KT » Tue Oct 21, 2008 2:12 am

I'm in an 8 team h2h league, here's my team:

1. (4) LeBron James SF
2. (13) Chris Bosh PF,C
3. (20) Steve Nash PG
4. (29) David West PF
5. (36) Carmelo Anthony SF
6. (45) Chris Kaman C
7. (52) Kevin Durant SG,SF
8. (61) Andre Miller PG
9. (68) Al Horford PF,C
10. (77) Stephen Jackson SG,SF
11. (84) Tyson Chandler C
12. (93) Leandro Barbosa PG,SG
13. (100) Rajon Rondo PG
14. (109) Ronnie Brewer SG,SF

Chandler is a sleeper. He's looking really solid in Mike D's system (might start), and will probably put up nice PTS and REB numbers. Brewer was nice last season for STLS but not really much else. Does anyone have info on Brewer's status with the Jazz this season? who's the better fit for my team?

yea, easily brewer. brewer is a monster on the steals, especially for where you got him in the draft and his fg% is absolutely sickening for his position.

admittedly though, chandler IS a sleeper, so if you see that he has a couple good games, MAYBE you can consider him, but as of now, when we're not even 100% sure he's gonna start, definitely stick with brewer.

22 and 8 tonight for Chandler on 10-15 shooting, this guy is looking really good and I can't see how he doesn't start for them. Other then steals, I'm not sure Brewer is going to be better at any other cat.

hmm...yea...tonight changes things some. i was curious what d'antoni would do when curry returned to the lineup, but i think it's pretty clear he has no problem bringing him off the bench. chandler was a monster today, definitely seems like he'll start too..............

This is tough but I would have to go with Chandler. He wont start but that is only because Mike wants to bring him off the bench to back up the SF/PF/and sometime the C spot.He isnt starting but he will still get around 30min a game.
