You should have immediately offered him an equally ridiculous trade offer.. what you shouldn't do is waste your time askign people what they think on an obviously lopsided trade

Look at j. howard's and tony allen's current stats...compare them to josh smith's

Yea, but who are you dropping to make room for Tony Allen? You see, it's not just Howard & Allen for Smith here, it's also the guy you are dropping as well.

Josh Smith + Some free agent scrub >>> Josh Howard + Tony Allen.

Nonetheless, what's so good about Tony Allen's stats????? I don't know where you're trying to get at.

^^^^^ Well put. You have to factor in who you would be dropping and most likely it will be someone as good or better than Tony Allen. I hope. If not, your team is in trouble or you are in a pretty deep league.

Josh Smith is a freak of nature in fantasy. He can single-handedly win you the block category and his steals are impressive as well. He shoots well from the field, his %'s are good, he hits a three almost every game and he's been very healthy so far in his career.

If you really want to consider a 2 for 1 for him including Howard, then post the other guys roster. I think you need a Howard + someone that is right around Howard's value to trade a top 15-20 fantasy player.

I still wouldn't do it. I'd rather have Josh Smith and Brevin over Howard and Allen. Can't you find anyone better than Brevin on the waivers?

LOL dude this isn't even CLOSE... I love J.Howard but f*ck he's not even in the same class as J. Smith... clearly you have a bias for scoring because Smiths numbers so far have been amazing, and regardless of his point totals I hope he can maintain this pace avging 3+ in steals AND blocks which NO ONE else can do. Add to that his 10+ boards and you have yourself a top 10 player in the league at the moment.

10, 12 and 14 team leagues are not that deep. 18-20+ team leagues are deep. I'm very suspcious of Brevin Knight being on your roster. Is there really no one else out there in the free agent market?

josh smith out 2-4 weeks now, but even with that as the case I would prefer to keep smith. The blocks from a G/F are just mind-boggling
