What about trading Hawes and Rip Hamilton for Rashard Lewis an Hinrich, then cutting HYinrich and picking up Delonte West?

Spencer Hawes? Hell no, he's been doing great. When they inevitably give him more minutes he'll be much much more productive.
Don't you have anyone else on year team you might want to drop? Why do you have to make a trade in order to get Delonte?
