i take kev martin.

I think with artest gone, he will be averaging 25ppg with solid %'s.

Def top 30 pick.

Yeah I'm shocked at the Howard hating. All players have their flaws. Howard just has two: TOs and FT%. In past years, I always seem to lose those areas (they're fluke statistics anyway) and I try my hardest on the others. Howard is an absolute stud in FG%, Points, Rebounds and Blocks. Stud. I'd pick him in late first round in my H2H league, no doubt about it.

PS: I don't do rotisserie because if you have a couple of bad weeks, you are pretty much ****. Totals are lame.

and Jason Richardson in the top 20?? Excuse me?

Jason Richardson was 16th ranked player last year and in the last 2 month,he was the 5th ranked player overall. He is definitely worhty of a top-30 selection and in my mind he is sure-fire a higher draft pick than Howard.

Howard on pure value is a top-60 player. In H2H,this value increases to top-45 level and IMO he is a top-32 pick in a H2H league of 16 teams. He is one of a kind in the sense that IMO he is a must to combine with Lebron James. So whoever picks LeBron in the 1st round, should pick Howard in 2nd round, commit himself tanking FT% altogether. For that unique reason(that he is perfect compliment to Lebron),he is worthy of a late 2nd round pick by the gm who picked Bron with his first pick.

Boy was I wrong on numerous players...

D-Wade is a top 3 fantasy player this year.

Awesome work digging up this thread.

I tried so hard to get Wade at the 6th pick in the draft. He ended up going 5 and I took Nowitzki.

I was working the trades as well, but the owner didn't' want nowizki :(

Speaking of old threads, I remember I was raving on about how good Kidd is going to be this year. And everyone hated on me. I'll see if i can dig it up.
