B Davis/C Villanueva for R Rondo/K Garnett

I need an opinion on an offer of Rajon Rondo and Kevin Garnett for Baron Davis and Charlie Villanueva. It's 13 team roto (no to's) league here's my roster.

I feel that Baron Davis is gonna make a huge turn around and Charlie Villanueva is gonna have a breakout year with a new contract in Detroit. I feel I can be competitive in almost every category with my current team and Garnett won't touch the floor enough be it thru injuries or playing time to be top 50. Thoughts?

Doubt he does it.. Baron is a fantasy team cancer, although, the no TO's could help your cause

At first glance, I would be all over that trade (getting Rondo/KG) even with KG's injuries. KG for 50 games + waiver pickup for 30 will probably be better than Charlie V for the whole season. Big Smooth doesn't exactly seem like the kind of guy who is going to be motivated by financial security. Then there's always the chance KG plays more than that.

Rondo could very well be better than Baron Davis straight up this year. He was last year, and Davis didn't really miss all that much time. 65 games is pretty good for him.

That all being said, you might be better served keeping those guys and going after a few low FG% guys, without any regard for TOs. You already have a bunch of guys that could kill your FG%....might want to think about tanking it completely.

No. Take Garnett and Rondo, if you manage to ship Stephen for whatever you'll be good in fg. You can also drop Dunleavy. He's not gonna do anything this year. Haywood and Brendon Rush, are they FA's? Get them.
