Keeper League (2 per season), H2H, 10 Cat (off reb), 18 teams, start 7 players (2 util)
These are the players I'm debating for the 1st pick.
R. Lewis
L. Aldridge
R. Rondo
Next BPA....R. Allen, J. Kidd, A. Jamison, J. Richardson, G. Wallace
What would you do?

Re: I have CP3 and D12...+ the 1st pick
My preference is usually to build a team that absolutely DOMINATES in a few categories, tries to win 1 or 2 every so often, then punts 1-2 cats. In your case I'd go for Rondo. Why? Adding Rondo to a core of Howard/CP3 means that you're going to dominate in Steals/FG%/Assists as long as you don't completely ignore steals/assists later on. It also allows you to punt FT% & TOs (perfect for Howard).
Furthermore, Rondo & Paul's high rebounds (for guards) means that you're already close to dominating in defensive boards as well.
Picking Rondo allows you to have a legitimate shot at absolutely dominating in 4 of 10 cats. If you add a couple more quality bigs that block shots then you may even be able to expand domination to ORebs & blocks. That would give you 6 cats that you'll win pretty much ever week. You'd be punting 2 cats (TOs/FT%) and you'd have a chance in the 2 remaining depending on who you pick up.

I really like Rondo too.
The only concern I have is that there are so many quality PGs out there and such little depth at the forward positions.
Would I be reaching with Aldridge? He's got the potential to be 20 and 9 this season.
My best case scenario would be to pick Aldridge with the 1st pick and Westbrook with the 37th pick
or maybe Rondo at number 1 and A. Randolph with the 37th.

I would go for Gerald Wallace.
