I'm in a H2H, 8 cat (no t/o), 12 team league.

I drafted:

1. (11) Pau Gasol
2. (14) Steve Nash
3. (35) Gilbert Arenas
4. (38) Shawn Marion
5. (59) Tony Parker
6. (62) Anthony Randolph
7. (83) Rasheed Wallace
8. (86) Tyrus Thomas
9. (107) Raymond Felton
10. (110) Chris Andersen
11. (131) Courtney Lee
12. (134) Roy Hibbert
13. (155) Tyreke Evans

In my opinion, I have a lot of "if" players. IF Gil can stay healthy, IF Thomas finally breaks out, IF Hibbert can stay out of foul trouble, IF Randolph can meet expectations, etc.

How did I do? Thanks in advanced! :D

It is true that I did pick 3 pgs my first five picks, but you are not giving many reasons to back why it's bad (unless you were just merely making an observation).

If the blocks, rebs, fg%, and pts are your reasons, I will address your reasons now. Also, remember that I know that a lot of my players are "If" players, meaning that nothing is too clear cut to say at this moment.

For blocks, I have 7 guys who posted at least 60 blocks last season. Now count the fact that Hibbert is going to be counted on more this season, I'm sure his blocks will go even higher. Same with Randolph as he almost averaged a block a game in merely 18 mpg.

For rebs, it's true that I might have a difficult time there. Again, I am counting on Hibbert and Randolph to contribute a lot more than last season.

For fg%, I have 9 players who shoot at a respectable 45%. However, even with that said, I will have Gil there messing that up so I don't expect to be winning fg% a majority of the time.

For pts, there are more than a couple players on my roster that I expect to raise the ppg this season. I am actually not too worried about losing this cat too often, as opposed to rebs.

On paper, I think I can stay competitive in each area. Nothing too dominating, but definitely no slackers. So I guess we'll just have to wait and see if all my players play up to their projected potential.
