This is what I have in my head-to-head league, so basically right now my team is average to above average in most categories (tanking 3-pts), categories are FG FT 3pt PTS REB AST STEAL BLOCK TO, pretty bad in points and 3pts, turnovers is a tossup. However I'm considering moving Billups and Hawes for Biedrins and Rondo. The rationale behind this move is that basically I would dominate most of the league in REB AST STEAL BLOCK FG, while TO would be a tossup each week. I would be tanking FT 3pt and PTS every week.
So which do you guys suggest?

Biendrins over Hawes is a decent upgrade and I don't think there's much drop off from Billups to Rondo considering the first is on the downhill side of his career and the second is still getting better. You will lose FT%, 3PM and PTS most of the times, but like you said, you will be hard to beat on FG%, REB, STL and AST.
BTW, Rose, Evans and Jenning, where you picked them up, should be big steals.
