Rate/Comment on my team, Yahoo! Fantasy

This is my second team drafted, except this league is not for money. Yes, last team I drafted Dwight and got lambasted for it and I did it again, but I had the 9th pick and everyone was pretty much gone by then. I'm ditching Free Throws and Turnovers so I'm trying to win in FG%(minus Baron) pts, assts, 3ptm, blocks, steals.

League: Yahoo! H2H, 12 teams, regular categories

2. (16) Al Jefferson PF,C
3. (33) Josh Smith SF,PF
4. (40) Baron Davis PG
5. (57) Tony Parker PG
6. (64) Mo Williams PG
7. (81) Ron Artest SG,SF
8. (88) Shaquille O'Neal C
9. (105) Allen Iverson PG,SG
10. (112) Richard Hamilton SG,SF
11. (129) Marc Gasol C
12. (136) Aaron Brooks PG
13. (153) Rudy Fernandez PG,SG

Personally I think my weakest cat to lose is 3ptm. Opinions?

Also, if anyone can give me an opinion on a trade on the side:
David West, Caron Butler, Rudy Gay, Luis Scola
For: Dwyane Wade, Joe Johnson, Tyreke Evans
Same league style as my current.

If you're suggesting assists, Tony Parker, Baron Davis, and Mo Williams are my assistmen. Aaron Brooks too but he'd be the first guy to drop if the waiver wire heated up.

honestly i think all your pgs are shoot first pgs
i would say try to get some one like kmart or harris for 3s and maybe even FT out
which stacks up on steals too
maybe move davis and parker for more 3s and high % FG
