Comments/Suggestions on my team...

Just finished the live draft, 12-team, roto, 9-cat league. I had the 9th pick.

PG - Devin Harris
SG/SF - J.R. Smith
PG - Derrick Rose
SF/PF - Shawn Marion
PF/C - Chris Bosh
PF/C - Mehmet Okur
PF/C - Al Horford
PF/C - Joakim Noah
SG/SF - Wilson Chandler
PG/SG - Raymond Felton
SF - Shane Battier
PG/SG - Louis Williams
PG/SG - Kirk Hinrich

Bosh was my first selection, at #9, I had to choose between him and Amare and he seemed more reliable to be healthy all year long than Amare.

I think Harris/Rose is a pretty sick PG combo, except for Rose's lack of 3PTs.

Marion is always a good fantasy pick, and he was my #3 after Bosh and Harris.

Noah and Chandler are high-risk high-reward picks. I wasn't passing up one anyone that much better, and I think Noah can pull off 10/10/2. Not a bad fourth-string center. If I could swap him for Brook Lopez, I would, but I don't think that's gonna happen. I missed out on Lopez earlier by one pick. Pissed me off. Chandler had a break-out year of sorts last year, and this year, he's bound to get PT on a Knicks team that doesn't have a lot of other options, so his numbers could even go up a little more.

I thought Felton was a decent late pick, seeing as he'll be playing for a contract.

I've got too many point guards though...Harris, Rose, Felton, and then Williams and Hinrich at the end of the bench. Should I think about moving one of Felton, Williams, and Hinrich? Maybe to get a scoring SG, because I'm lacking there.

As I just said, with J.R. Smith and Wilson Chandler being my only non-PG SGs, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea to see what I can get for Hinrich or Felton + something else. I don't know.

Is Al Horford a good fantasy player? I had to pick between him and Bynum and Bynum's injury history worried me too much.

I think my biggest weaknesses are too many turnovers and not enough scoring.

Comments, suggestions?

Well I look at a few things when rating a team. Their C's/PG's and stls/blks then their shooting %'s.

You have pretty good PG's. C's are average.

Hmmm just looking at your team I see an average team. Not bad but nothing special. You are not getting Lopez for Noah.

I would have drafted Bynum over Horford. Horford is what he is, he's not going to break out and perform over previous years. Bynum could be a 15/10/2.5 blks with good FG% as a baseline. But at least Horford is consistent. I use to like Okur but his shot is so inconsistent. I had him last year and he just pissed me off with his shooting.

Your bench is full of players I really don't like. Battier, Hinrich injury fillers at best. Louis Williams is an exciting player but I don't like him for my team, shooting %'s are iffy.

Yeah your scoring may be an issue and with having a lot of PG's you will have a lot of TO's. I think I would try and trade Marion for a better SG than JR and plug in Chandler into the starting SF slot....
I'm so tired of the typical......
