Harris injured. Need some trade advice.

As you can see I went with young talent I thought would break out. How patient should I be with this group though? Any ideas on what I should be looking for on the trade front?

EDIT: ####, just found out about Harris being gone for the next 7-10+ days. I was already short on guards before that.
