Bargnani for Gasol?

Post#1 » by NetsForce » Sun Nov 29, 2009 6:24 pm

16 team H2H:

Mario Chalmers
Jason Terry
Andre Iguodala
Kevin Durant
Josh Smith
Andrea Bargnani
Brendan Haywood
Chris Andersen
Roy Hibbert
Mike Dunleavy

===

So I'm considering trading Andrea Bargnani for Marc Gasol since I'm not very competitive in 3ptm, is that fair value for Bargnani?

I haven't kept up with Gasol so have no idea if he can keep up his current production, any more input would be appreciated.

Like it. Marc dropped weight in the off- season and he isn't doing anything ridiculous to inflate his value anyhow. 15/10 with 2.5 combined steals/blks is nice and theres no reason he can't do it for the rest of the season. I quite like Bargs fantasy skill set, but it is nice to get a more traditional line out of your big man.

What do you guys think of Bargnani for Al Jefferson? He's gotten off to a slow start but is beast mode when healthy...

I'm also considering Bargnani + HIbbert for Duncan + Scrub

(Scrub will be dropped for Tyrus Thomas or Kevin Love, probably Thomas)

i am too trying to see if i can get Al Jeff low, would Rashard do it? What kind of value does Rashard and Anthony Randolph have?

I don't think that trading Rashard right now is a good idea for now, especially with his ranking got quite a negative hit with his first 2-3 games of the season where he struggled heavily. Especially with the absence of Nelson who is one of their primary options on offense, I expect him to get his rhythm back by this week. Thus, try trading him around next week or late this week where I expect his ranking can get back to normal where he could be a top 20-30 fantasy player. And by that time, I think you can get a package more than Al J.

On the other hand I think that as promising a player Randolph is, I think he's current value is where he is going to stay for the entire season (flirting around the 100-120 range). I don't think he'd be a top 50-70 fantasy player this season, like what he was projecting entering the season. I mean, he can't get his numbers and minutes right now, what more when Biedrins and Turiaf comes back? :D

I wouldn't, all of your centers are rebounding shotblocking centers as is. bargs scores more, hits 90% FT and adds threes, which you don't have that much of outside of Terry. by the way, is that your whole team?
