I'd rather have Hedo.
Hedo gives you better percentages and make more 3s per game. Jackson's +3ppg is not worth all the horrible FG% you're going to live with having him.

Oh, and I'd trade Jennings right away. Best time would be after a great game which he is bound to make in the next game or so. And I'd trade him (not necessarily a one on one trade) for a guy Gerald Wallace, since I think your team needs help with steals and is doing fine with the dimes with Nash leading that category.
