I know the Yahoo Sports info thingy said that he's practicing and stuff but Adelman doesn't want him to disrupt the current Rockets chemestry.
He's on waivers in my league, so is he worth the pick up now that he's practicing? Or should I just stay away from him because Adelman's words??
I wanted to pick him up and drop Dahntay...

I'd stay away from him... I can understand wanting to drop Dahntay but who knows when he's going to heal from his pussy cramps.

Re: Any updates on TMac??
I think he's a solid add based on his upside alone. He might fizzle out, but there will be more Dahntay Jones on waivers, the odds of finding someone with T-Mac's potential ceiling are slim to none. Of course you need to be able to take the hit if he doesn't produce anything. The trade deadline isn't too far off, and T-Mac has a very valuable expiring contract this year so I wouldn't be surprised to see him on a new team that will give him a chance.

Pick up TMac now! The latest is that he'll be back in a week max (from Rockets forums). Things have apparently worked out between him and Adelman.
