What's a reasonable counteroffer?

Post#1 » by dklee13 » Wed Dec 9, 2009 8:49 pm

Some guy in my league is offering a trade that I obviously won't accept, but I was wondering what you guys thought would be a good counter offer.

I'm in a 12 Team, H2H standard cat league.

He offered me Andre Miller, Michael Redd, Larry Hughes and Maggette for Butler and Iguodala.

Ummm ...no.

Players that he does have that I'm even remotely interested in are O.J. Mayo, Danilo Gallinari, Tim Duncan and Steve Nash.

Anybody have any thoughts?

My Current Team:

Jason Williams
Andre Iguodala
Rodney Stuckey
Richard Hamilton
Al Horford
Al Thornton
Andrew Bogut
Nene Hilario
Chris Kaman
Caron Butler
Boris Diaw
Dwyane Wade

Butler and Diaw for Duncan and Mayo. See if he bites on that.

Next step up would be Iggy + Diaw for Duncan+Mayo. That's a pretty fair trade imo and would come down to needs.

Another would be Iggy+Diaw for Nash. Unless he has another top PG, then he won't let Nash go though.
