On current form, Gasol/Okur/Arenas...though I feel Roy and Thad will get better as the season progresses.

I'd take the IN crowd. Nice work.

Sorry airjam, but I don't like it for your team.

I look at your moves at three separate deals.

Roy > Gasol; Gay > Arenas; Thad > Okur;

Well, first off, I can't blame you trading Roy for Gasol since I think you made the trade before Oden went down. But right now, you have to look at the Blazers' situation and how they are trying to win now with a 8-9 man roster. We'd be looking at a significant rise in the stocks of both LaMarcus and Roy in the coming weeks. And with the talent the Lakers have right now, they'd be reserving Gasol in the later stages of the season. Even if they opt not to rest Gasol and he continues to maintain his stats, I can still expect Roy to surpass Gasol's fantasy value by the end of the season. We're looking at a slight preview of it, with Roy's past three games (post Oden injury).

With the Gay-Arenas trade, I would certainly pick Gay in this trade. Because Gay doesn't give me lots of negative stats unlike with Arenas who is a stats killer in terms of his low FG% and high TO numbers. And I expect Gay to continue providing you this kind of numbers because he's on a contract year and is looking for a large payday by the end of the season.

Many have thought that we'd be expecting a drop in Thaddeus Young's number with the return of AI in Philly. But I don't think it's going to happen because we're not looking at the same AI here, he's a more matured baller that wants to get everyone involved. That was shown, IMO, by his willingness to give Andre Iguodala the last spot in the player introduction. Anyway, Thad is starting to bounce back. He's giving you Okur like numbers (minus the slight number in rebounds), but better percentages and does obviously have a larger upside.
There’s never been a time in history when we look back and say that the people who were censoring free speech were the good guys.
