I normally do a better job at drafting, but with the 6th pick in a 14 team draft. It's difficult to project where people are going to pan out. I took a reach with Blake Griffin because I didn't think he'd be on the board given his great preseason. I know I'm weak on board, extremely weak. Any recommended moves I should make? Went with Deron, I'm just a fan, shoulda went Pau Gasol.

Wow - you are extremely deep at point and shooting guard. I don't think you have any reason to panic at all. Your guards are so good, that as the season starts, and they gain value, you'll for sure be able to trade for a quality big man.
Deron
Tyreke
Jrue
Sessions (great value pick - think he might be good this season)
I just wanted to see their names by themselves. That's awesome.
You definitely need big man help though. One guy I would target for sure is Dejuan Blair. There is more and more talk that he's going to start this season and the guy is an absolute beast. Tonight he hauled in 12 rebs in 17 minutes (although it was against bad competition). But the man averaged 12.7 rebounds per-36 minutes last season and also had 2 20 pt/20 rebs games as a rookie. And there is a lot of talk of Popovich also wanting to rest Duncan more this season. I think a Kleiza for Blair trade offer would be a good start.
Another guy I would target is Josh McRoberts. He's had a couple of just okay preseason games, so I think he might be a good undervalued big that might be able to help your team, WITHOUT you having to give up some of your more promising players. Msg the GM who owns McRoberts and get a feel for how attached he is to him.
Lastly, if Austin Daye is on your free agency pool, I might keep a close eye on him - if not - pick him up for Kleiza. There is more talk of Daye starting at the PF spot - so he might be a good play on your team (altho you do already have Greg Monroe). So maybe for now, keep Daye on your watch list.

Re: Need to Modify My Team!! Rate + Thoughts?
I didn't actually put together a strategy for this one. I moreso picked a person based on potential for the year. I looked at Daye, but Monroe is a C, and given my lack of Cs, it would hurt the number of games played for me if I can't play Daye on a regular basis.
I'm from Toronto and knowing that our team has no viable number 1 option and given how well Kleiza played in the Worlds and in Euroleague, I'll take a gamble on him for a bit. I was actually supposed to grab Roy Hibbert, but a buddy of mine, who knew I had him last year, took him at the last moment in the mid rounds somewhere.
Blake is going to be beastly for me if healthy, giving my league does not have FT%, he would be a D12 Version 2.0. One can only hope.
