Hill or Affalo also Tiago and my Team, Thoughts?

I'm in a fantasy league starting in a few days its standard 13 Cats.

I just recently Picked up Affalo and dropped Grant Hill, do you think this is a safe choice?

Also I have been holding on to Tiago Splitter for well over a week now but he has still not played and I am unsure of what is happening with his hand/wrist? anyways any word on him? should I risk keeping him or picking someone else in his spot? The statistics say he is owned be nearly 70% of teams still so is there some info that I have not read up on him about?

This is my team currently, I'm a little lite on SF without a proper back up (i was still under assumption I could put Beasley in SF but I can't this year, so Tiago is my only backup for gay)

Any thoughts?
