Roy for Marc Gasol?

I have Roy in my 10 team H2H league, and I'm terrified he won't be healthy. I'm looking for trades and was offered Marc Gasol (thus far, the best offer). I need percentages (which Marc should help some in) and it's basically a lateral move as far as steals go. I'm way ahead in rebounding and shot blocking (thanks to Noah, Love, JSmoove), so I don't really need what he gives me there.

What should I do? Right now, I'm not sure I'll get a better offer.

Take him, ship Love or Noah or Smoove for a great player that gives you something you need.
