Trade Help!

I've proposed this trade in my 8 team, 9-cat league:

I send Zach Randolph, Brandon Jennings, Rodney Stuckey, and Trevor Ariza and I receive Raymond Felton, LaMarcus Aldridge, and O.J. Mayo.

I'm in serious need of some steals and some players with better percentages so I just wondered if this was a fair trade for both sides. Granted, the offer hasn't been declined yet but would it be a better idea to cancel the trade?
