Yahoo fantasy help! Remove inactive owner

I remeber that there is a link in Yahoo that we can request to remove any inactive owner from a league and add another owner in? provided you are the commish..

Also mention the league id and manager username. Might be best to find a replacement first and send the yahoo id of the replacement too.
