NEED TRADE ADVICE: Bargnani or Bogut for Scola?

Post#1 » by ParlaySucker » Sun Jan 23, 2011 9:49 pm

Hi everyone, I could really use some advice, here is my team:

Calderon
Nowitzski
Kirilenko
Bogut
Nene
Duncan
Ginobili
Tony Parker
Kidd
Gallinari
Bargnani
I leave 2 spots open where I shuffle players in and out everyday.

I have a huge lead in my league so I'm a lock for the playoffs. But lately my guys have been slumping all at once and I want to improve as the playoffs start in a few week.

I've been offered Scola for Bargnani. Bargnani has been absolutely killing me on fg% lately and I know his knees are shot. But at the same time Scola has been losing minutes to other players. Should I trade Bargnani away with the thought that he may never get healthy or is scola going to be a marginal player with all the loss of playing time in the future? Also I could probably convince the guy to do Bogut for Scola, he is desperate for blocks.

Here are the cats we use;
Fg%
Ft%
3pm
Rebs
Ast
Stl
Blk
TO
Pts

Thanks for the advice!

Milwaukee has a legit shot at the playoffs, hold on to Bogut. While Bargnani is in a bit of a shooting slump, I still like the scoring and 3's he brings to the table better than Scola's Points and Rebounds. Nani has also been blocking the ball better in January.
