Dynasty Auction League Rules

Are there any leagues out there that have a good system of running a Dynasty Auction League>?

My question relates to the budget next year and how players are going to be valued. Do you keep the budget the same and all kept players are valued as they were last year? Or do you have a formula for increasing player values?

How are waiver added players treated? Do you just keep them at $1 price tag?

I'm just looking for suggestions.
