Dwight Howard, John Wall, VC for CP3 + Marc Gasol?

Post#1 » by plastmasta » Fri Feb 4, 2011 2:18 am

Should I trade my Dwight Howard, John Wall, Vince Carter for Chris Paul and Marc Gasol?

I would pick up somebody like JaVale McGee or Batum to fill the last roster spot.

I know this would ordinarily be a no-brainer - but Paul's injuries have owners worried...

I would make the trade. By getting rid of Howard you mainly lose boards and blocks, but with Noah coming back soon and T Chandler and Horford on your team you should be able to make up for that. W. Chandler should help offset the blocks from the 3/4 spot as well. I'd pull the trigger on this deal, and you'd be surprised how many more times you'll win the FT% category without Howard sinking your percentage.

Yeah I agree I'd do that trade. John Wall is great name recognition as is VC but neither have value against Paul. Marc Gasol also makes the loss of Howard easier to bear.
