Al Jefferson for Steve Nash (worth it??)

Post#1 » by poonsnatcha » Mon Feb 28, 2011 5:12 pm

I need better fg%, 3pt, steals and assists...
Is it worth it to give up Al Jefferson (who is currently a beast) for Steve Nash who is an assist king but doesnt really provide me the steals..

or should I look for a better deal?

You're getting easily a top 5 fantasy point guard in the league. Assist wise, he's amazing. I'd take him over rondo. Lacks steals, but makes up in points. Doesn't hurt your FT or FG and gives you 3's. 11 assists a game. Thats amazin

Yes...take it....Phoenix has a way better schedule in the remaining regular season then Minny.

It depends on the makeup of your team and whether your punting but personally I would take Rondo over Nash if your can take the slight hit in FT% and 3s. With Rondo you have a pretty good chance to win steals and assists while shooting 50% and with good rebounding for a guard.

With that said, both guards are elite.

Big Al should be able to fetch you either of those PGs.
