BIG TRADE! Need Advice!

Ok, so I would be trading Jrue Holiday, Gerald Wallace, and Carlos Boozer to receive Jason Terry and Dirk Nowitzki.

It's a 10-team H2H league with normal stat categories.

My team would end up looking like this...

PG: Chris Paul
SG: Jason Richardson
SF: Dorell Wright
PF: Dirk Nowitzki
C: Amare Stoudemire
UTIL: Al Jefferson
UTIL: Stephen Curry
UTIL: Jason Terry
BENCH: John Salmons
BENCH: Ramon Sessions
BENCH: Jameer Nelson
BENCH: Amir Johnson
BENCH: Waiver Pick-Up (could fill with James Harden, Chase Budinger, Randy Foye, Courtney Lee)

I'm taking a hit in rebounds and steals, but I figure with Gerald Wallace possibly looking at a 6th man role with Portland, Carlos Boozer's numbers going down a bit due to the return of Noah, and Terry and Holiday pretty much canceling each other out--it might be worth it to pull the trigger on this trade. Thoughts?

I would do it, it'd at another 1st round talent on your team, giving you 4 (CP3, STAT, Dirk, Curry) total, that's stout.
