It's decent, but you could look to make some moves. It's tough to say anything about team value for sure without knowing how many teams are in your league and what the scoring system is.
You might need some help at PG - Kidd could have a very low key season and Irving may not be enough help in his first to make up the difference. At SG Ellis and Jackson should be their normal selves, but there's some real risk in Carter and Salmons related to playing time. Marion should be decent. The real strength on your roster is PF/C. That's a nice rotation and I don't see any real risk beyond the obvious (injury for Bogut ect).
In your shoes I might cast around and see what I can get for Carter, Salmons and maybe Kidd. Maybe you can land a sleeper or two that you have your eye on (since they're really unlikely to land you anything high end). I advise you to try and get a little younger while you're at it.
