For underrated (there's more but I'll focus on the higher ranked guys):

Steph Curry jumps out the most. The guy had a lot go wrong last year (ankle, benching, etc.) and still ended up 9th overall in an 9 cat league. I love Curry next year. Rondo above Curry is flat out crazy. Curry is my #2 PG this year and I would pee myself if I somehow got him in the second round this year.

Horford. Not a sexy pick at all but he helps across the board and doesn't hurt you anywhere. Very solid 2nd round pick.

Dwight but it obviously depends on your settings and whether or not you can counter his weaknesses. I had him last year and won with him. #1 guy if you use him properly.

Eric Gordon. Health is a concern but if he stays healthy he'll outperform that spot.

Marc Gasol. Had a down year last and he still outperformed where he's ranked.

Wright. I expect a slight decrease in his numbers, but the opportunity is still there so he'll produce.

Lowry. I believe in the guy. He's no fluke.

Overrated:

Kobe. Kobe in the first is awful, awful value. 3rd round value last year and he's on the downswing of his career.

Griffin. He's going to tank your FT's and doesn't produce in the other categories the way Dwight does yet he's ranked ahead of him? 7th round value last year, I love him in real life, but I'm not spending a 2nd rounder on him.

Kidd. I know him winning a ring was a nice story but he looked real old to me in the playoffs. Barea (assuming he's back) will continue to eat into his minutes.

Boozer. #31??? Wtf? Did last season not happen or something.

Aaron Brooks. I'm not spending a 5th round pick on a guy who may play 10 minutes a game.

Bogut. Do not want in the 4th with his injury history and Ben Wallaceness on the line.

Billups. I'd consider him in the 4th or 5th, not the 2nd.

I'm not a huge fan of Love at 4. I think he'll be really hard pressed to match last season's production. At the very least I'll take Wade there instead.

I hate Kobe in the first this year too. Ick, don't want. I'll take a look at him in the mid-second.

I think I'd take Curry over either of Westbrook or Rose, and I think he should be a first round pick in all formats (but especially roto).

Melo at 12 is wishful thinking. There's no way he sustains his Knicks production from last season. Late second for me thanks, at the earliest.

Rondo is pretty high. I think he's a third round guy, maybe early third if you like him a lot, or if your league only scores dimes and steals, but not at 14. I think 20 at the very earliest.

Horford and Howard should both be higher, and ahead of Granger, Martin, Griffin, Iggy, Chauncey and maybe Nash.

Boozer and Scola are both high. See Bank Shot's post for disbelief about Boozer's ranking, and then repeat with less emphasis for Scola.

I don't think DeRozan is overrated at 66. It's a little higher than you'd see him ranked some other places, but it's in line with his development last season and the potential of adding some three ball.

I'm going to disagree with Bank Shot about Wright too. I think there's almost no chance he sniffs last season's massive numbers. Mostly it's about the system at PT there, not a skills issue - he's not going to play as many minutes and he'll almost assuredly being playing at a slower pace, both of which hurt his numbers. I might take a flyer on him a small touch higher than he's ranked here if I really didn't like the other options available, but I doubt it.

It will be an interesting fantasy year for the PG position I think. The always-solid guys (Nash, Billups, Kidd) are falling fast, while the new comers are ranked very highly (Rose, Rondo, Westbrook, Lowry, Holiday).

The thing that will turn draft strategies upside-down is that many of those highly ranked guys will absolutely kill you in a few cats. There really aren't many PG that can be an all-purpose type and fit seamlessly into many rosters. This year the majority of the PG crop is based solely on draft strategy due to their abilities to kill you in cats PG is usually strong in (steals, 3's, ast, FT%).

As for the rankings as a whole, I don't think the Yahoo! people have taken the ranks very seriously yet, and probably won't until the lockout is lifted.
