Irving + Amare for Rose + Cousins

An owner in my fantasy league and I have been proposing trades to each other all day. This one in particular might work out for me, but I was hoping to get some feedback from you guys.

I'm the guy giving up Irving and Amare and receiving Rose and Cousins. This is what my team normally looks like:

Kyrie Irving
Tyreke Evans
John Wall
Toney Douglas
Carmello Anthony
Jonas Jerebko
Paul George
Nic Batum
Marc Gasol
Kris Humphries
Amare Stoudemire
Derrick Favors

The league is a yahoo h2h, 9-categories (FG, FT, PTS, ASS, REB, BLKS, TO's, 3's, Steals). Any suggestions would be appreciated (preferably soon ).

Edit- To add- my impressions are that this might be more of a lateral move, but I heavily value second opinions, hence the thread.

Despite my hatred for Cousins, I like it. Amare is just not the same guy fantasy wise with Melo there. He was something like 4th round value after the trade last year and he's mid 3rd this year. I expect him to be around 3/4th all year. Rose is probably going to end up 2nd round value. You also won't have to worry about the injuries. I like Irving more than Cousins but I still think its a good trade. Your FG% is going to be weak (I'm guessing it already is?) but its H2H so just tank it if you have to.
