I'm leaning towards accepting it, need some more opinions though, in case there's something I'm not seeing.

Ya I'm not sure why the other guy would do that. Who cares about Kemba so its basically JJ and Billups for Serge. You're getting a real nice FT% bump here in particular and I think you'll still be fine in blocks.
