Al Horford = major disappointment?

Post#1 » by page » Thu Jan 5, 2012 1:31 pm

I drafted Al in the 2nd round (maybe a wee bit early), but his start of the season could be perceived as disappointing. His FG% and blocking stats are ok, but it looks a lot worse in rebounding and scoring categories. Why is that? It's too early to trade him, but will he begin to put 15/10/4/1 on a daily basis? How do you think?

I'd say give it some time, at least 2 weeks. Especially since he was your 2nd pick. He should bounce back to AT LEAST what he was doing last year. On the bright side, at least he keeps your TO's down.

I'm having similar doubts with Serge Ibaka, but I'm going to keep him cause I know he can do better.

I think he'll be fine. In 9 cat he's still 3rd round value despite not doing much. That's a pretty good floor. Pts and Rebs should jump soon.
