Time to pick up Brook Lopez?

With Bogut probably out for the season, should I get Lopez now or another player. H2H currently second in the league.

Yea, I'd do it. He's already picked up in all the leagues I'm in.

yea, do this man. Lopez is healing from that stress fracture in his right foot. Nets gave him a timeline of 6-8 weeks. FULL recovery is expected and LOPEZ is "on time" for recovery.

Avery Johnson said Lopez might be 8-10 weeks instead. Do you think he's right or not?

the NETS are likely giving this timeframe because they want ample time for rest/ recovery of his foot injury. foot injury timeline is 6-8 weeks after surgery( the metatarsal fracture). So it looks like the NETS are going with at least 8 weeks.

NOTE: NETS didn't give a contract extention and it looks like they may want to use him for trade value.

this injury is significant because it's weight bearing for a guy who weighs in at 265lbs at 7 foot tall. Lopez's recovery time still apears to be on schedule, but based on Coach Johnson's comments, rest/recovery are a priority too to avoid any set backs. Give Lopez at least 8 weeks here.

timeline is now at 6 weeks, since surgery. the target date is Feb. 10th for a return. FYI- Lopez lost weight since the surgery and appearing in team practices. these are good signs for return and the NETS need it, given their roster is hampered with injuries right now.

Question for y'all, I got Brook....would you prefer having Brook Lopez or Joakim Noah. I'm asking because I may be able to pull off DeMar DeRozan and Brook Lopez for Kyrie Irving and Joakim Noah
