Use #1 Waiver on Rubio? 14 Team Yahoo 9CAT HTH league

Someone just dropped Rubio in my 14 team HTH 9 category yahoo league. The teams are so deep I'm really considering picking him up on waivers and reaping the rewards in two months or so. Thoughts?!

3 Bench players, week to week. Holding an injured player will certainly hurt for a bit, but I figure I can drop / rotate a few spots day to day to pick up production.
