Biyombo vs. Maxiell

Post#1 » by JordanL » Sun Nov 4, 2012 7:17 am

I have Biyombo and Maxiel is an FA I'm considering picking up. Biyombo isn't getting minutes and isn't really doing much with them.

What do you guys think?

Biyombo's blocks > anything Maxiell brings to the table. Maxiell won't get more than 24 mpg at any point in the season, and ultimately I think Jerebko starts more games than he does this season. Hold onto Biyombo or look for another option on the waiver wire.

It's H2H Points

So here's the scoring/cats:

Points: x0.5
Blocks: x3
Steals: x2
Three Pointers Made: x1.5
Assists, Rebounds, Field Goals Made, Free Throws Made: x1
Turnovers: x-1

So here's some actions and their point totals:

Block: 3 Points
Three Pointer: 4 Points (1.5 TPM + 1 FGM + 1.5 PTS)
Free Throw Made: 1.5 Points (1 FTM + 0.5 PTS)
Field Goal Made: 2 Points (1 FGM + 1 PTS)
And-1 Plus Conversion: 3.5 Points
Two Made FTs: 3 Points

Here's my draft:

1: Kevin Durant, OKC SF
32: Andre Iguodala, Den SF
33: Marcin Gortat, Pho C
64: Gerald Wallace, Bkn SF
65: Damian Lillard, Por PG
96: Michael Kidd-Gilchrist, Cha SF
97: Kemba Walker, Cha PG
128: Bismack Biyombo, Cha C
129: Omer Asik, Hou C
160: Bradley Beal, Wsh SG
161: Brandon Roy, Min SG
192: Jason Thompson, Sac PF
193: J.J. Hickson, Por PF
