if you are going to do the trade, take Rondo over Deron.
Deron has been really off lately, prolly due to his wrist and knee. Rondo is less injury prone and he will give you double double on a nightly basis.
Get rid of ersan and pargo.

In your situation, i would not do the trade. Gortat is a decent player and u dont need deron or rondo.
Ryan Anderson's stats will go down when Anthony Davis comes back in (next week).

If Gortat's recent slump is just that, and not a levelling off of his value, I would do this trade 100% in a heartbeat.

You'd be getting a tier 2 fantasy center, a top 3 fantasy PG and a tier two PF who autowins you 3pointers.

I don't see how you could press decline if you think Gortat will maintain his season averages
