12 team standard cat league. keeper league

The trade in question is my Gallinari and Cousins + (2nd round pick + 7 round pick) for Batum and Hibbert + (4th round pick and 5th round pick)

I want to know if the trade is fair for both teams, and if not which team should add more. The trade has already been accepted I just don't want to rip a friend off. Any feedback is greatly appreciated

Additionally, Nene has been annoying me to the max with the 20min limit. if the trade goes through can Lowry (5.5RPG), Durant (8.5RPG), Hibbert (8RPG), Batum (6RPG), J.R. Smith (5RPG), MWP (5RPG), B. Lopez (7RPG), Parsons 6.5 (RPG), Kaman (7RPG), Pekovic (7RPG) be enough to win rebounds more often then not?

I would like to drop Nene if my other players can handle the rebounding.

I forgot to mention, After this trade my draft picks next year are

What I dont understand is since we will have 4 keepers in a locked 13 man roster how can there be 13 rounds in the draft

What about Nene for Bargnani is that fair value? One is coming off an injury one just sustained one. both underperforming.
