My Aldridge for Duncan?

Is this a good trade for me? What about Aldridge for Noah?

H2H 8-Cat,10 Players

PG: Stephen Curry, Damian Lillard, Mike Conley
SG: Jamal Crawford
SF: Nicolas Batum, Andrei Kirilenko, Chandler Parsons
PF: LaMarcus Aldridge, Kevin Garnett
C: Serge Ibaka, Tyson Chandler

I also have two other spots for streaming.

here is something that people dont consider.

Pop usually sits his players towards the end of the season.

Players like duncan, may help early-mid season but towards the end, he may not even play that much.

So come playoff time, you might get royally screwed with Duncan.
