Kevin Love to undergo surgery; out 8-10 weeks

This is a huge blow. Should I bother holding on to him? I'm 5-5 in a really tight race for the playoffs.

I figure I have two options:

1) Keep him and drop another player for Granger and probably tank the next 2-3 weeks until Granger returns.

2.) Drop Love and try to win this week and the next, stream for scrappy players and hopefully snag Granger during that time.

My league is competitive so Granger could be gone any day now. I picked up Ersan too btw.
