Help with a few trades PLEASE!

I have a few trades that have been offered to me. The first one is my Tyson and Calderon for Al Jefferson. TheM2nd one is my Duncan for Paul George and the 3rd trade is Sessions for Drummond. I am for sure going to do the 1st trade by I'm not too sure about the other trades. I'm in a 10 team league and currently in 1st place and have no doubt that I'll make the playoffs, so I'm prepping for that. My current tan is

I was looking to trade Dragic but since Gentry got fired i think Dragic will go back to the usual. And i want to trad. Duncan because i feel Pop will bench him randomly during playoff weeks, and i think Drummond will be the same as Tyson come playoffs. Any opinions would be helpful! And any opinions about what i should do with my team would be much appreciated
