Looking for fair ran dynasty league

I'm an over active manager..typically check daily and will engage in trade talks all season long, stay active no matter how bad(love to be a playoff spoiler).

I've actually took last season off from fantasy due to 2 bad experiences with shady commish's.

1. Commish picked after me in the draft, emailed him my picks(I work 3rd shift and we had a 6 hour Windows and I'd be asleep when my pick would be up), 1 minute after my pick expired commish selected the player I emailed him. (Had not had a problem with other emails and he never denied it and told me I should of also sent my list to another manager who would of been on)

So on that note, I told him I'd play out the year and I was out.

2. My team had like 8 players on the DL, slipping in ranks, so started making trades for future picks. Ended up with a bunch of high 1st round rookie picks (1, 4, 6, 10)*sixth pick was my assigned pick*

Commish began offering me poor trade offers for the 1 and 10 picks (KAT and who knows at 10) I declined, then was "replaced" for not fielding a competitive team...5 worse teams but I get replaced after rejecting bad trades??

So if you run a fair league, need an active manager,I'm looking for a team, bonus if you can trade future rookie picks.
